Charleswood Karate and Heijoshin Karate IKD Manitoba dojos in Winnipeg, MB, in conjuction with Budo IKD Manitoba Karate are pleased to be hosting a weekend Seminar & Testing with:
Master Maureen Woon-A-Tai, 7th Dan
Maureen Woon-A-Tai, 7th Dan, is a Deputy Chief Instructor of the International Karate Daigaku, making her the first female Traditional Karate Master in the world to hold such a position. She attained her First Dan in 1974 and seventh dan in 2006 from Masters Okazaki, Yaguchi, Mikami, Koyama, Takashina, and Ueki (observer). She is director of IKD Ontario and teaches at the Headquarters dojo, and has a long and distinguished competitive career.

Friday, February 3rd, 2012
6:30-8:00 pm Brown & Black Belt Class
8:00-9:00 pm Dan Testing
Saturday, February 4th, 2012
9:00-10:00am Instructor Class (Age 21 & older/Nidan & up)
10:00-11:00 a.m. Black & Brown Belt Class
11:00-12:00 All Kyu Level Class (Black belts may attend)
12:30– Kyu Testing
