Hey brown and black belts training Shotokan around Winnipeg, are you ready for the Shotokan karate league competition being held at the Charleswood Karate club this Saturday, January 28, from 2 to 4 PM?
Sensei Phil Harris, 5th Dan, of the Heijoshin Karate club here in Winnipeg, Manitoba has organized this style-specific competition as the inaugural event for the Inter-Dojo Shotokan League.

To celebrate the successful completion of the first inter-league event in the IDSL, competitors, spectators and Charleswood club members are invited to take part in a potluck dinner, Mexican style!
There is no need to bring a dish, but if you do want to bring one, please bring Mexican!
The Potluck Party starts right after the competion ends. Competitors and all ranks of Charleswood Karate club members are invited to join in on the festivities.
