Team Manitoba at the IKD World Cup 2012
Hey folks!
If you weren’t aware, Sensei Ron and a handful of our black and brown belts are out in Toronto right now, taking part in the 1st Annual IKD Shoto Camp and IKD World Cup tournament.
The IKD Shoto Camp for 2012 started on July 3, and lead right up to the IKD World Cup competition which started this morning, and runs all weekend, with over 600 competitors in total.
Pictures, Videos & Results

There are some pictures uploaded to Facebook and Flickr already, and while they’re not of Charleswood Karate students, there are a few videos from the 2012 IKD Shoto Camp before the IKD World Cup tournament part. The Heian Godan bunkai looks pretty good right off the start!
We’ll have a post-tournament summary of how Charleswood and the rest of the IKD Budo Manitoba clubs did, later in the week after people get home and I get a chance to talk to ‘em all!
