Sensei Allan Moore
Sensei Al was born in Winnipeg in 1963. He joined Charleswood Karate, under Sensei Ron’s guidance, with his youngest daughter in 1998. He has since obtained the rank of Sandan (3rd level black belt) and level D judge. He has participated in many tournaments at both the provincial and national level.
Sensei Al has been a firefighter/paramedic with the City of Winnipeg since 1983. He has been instructing the Young Tigers Karate program with his wife, Sempai Alli, since its inception in 2004. He also teaches children’s classes and adult classes. He enjoys every opportunity to pass on what he has learned, and to help others develop themselves through Karate-do. Aside from karate, Sempai Al enjoys spending time with his daughters and taking care of his many pets.
