Sensei Phil Harris
Phil Harris - 5th Dan
Sensei Phil Harris was born in Winnipeg in 1981 and has been training in Shotokan karate since the age of 8. He currently has the rank of Godan (5th level black belt). Sensei Phil has participated in provincial, national, and international karate tournaments. He has competed twice as a junior in the World Shoto Cup in Philadelphia and Paris, France.
Sensei Phil began teaching under Sensei Ron’s guidance in 2000. Aside from his karate training, Sensei Phil enjoys listening to indie music and spending time with his wife Kathy. His focus on hard work in class is appreciated by those who know the essence of karate spirit.
